What "yoga" for ME is ...
Therapeutic, mindful body and breath practice that heals and resets my nervous systems and brain from the daily stress and post traumatic stress. It clears my mind and body, and improves my sleep and body pain over time. It also nurtures my intimacy with God, self and others by cultivating my ability to slow down and be more present in the here and now, with calmer mind and heart space.
If you have never practiced with me, I invite you to join me and others who are absoluetely amazing to be with! I teach all classes for free as a gift to the community from God.

This is a verse by verse study of the Book of Philippians.
In this 11-session Bible study, you will learn how to study the Bible, and dig in as deep as you want. You will complete the week's study at home, and we will discuss it and learn further more together. We will also pray together.

Free Drop-in Community Yoga! No need to sign up. No “yoga” experience needed. Just come, move, and breathe together. It is super trauma-informed and mindful, deliciously soulful, absolutely anatomically make-sense! It will stir up all parts of you for transformation! During this class, you will build strength and resiliency in your body and mind while cultivating a willing, compassionate heart. Grab a mat, water bottle, towel, and maybe a friend or two.

Fall - Tuesday Indoor community class will be back.
Fall - special yoga classes for military (active, reserve, National Guard, veterans), first responders (the police, EMT. fire fighters), pastors and chaplains: this class will provide them with clinically sound therapeutic, and mindful breath and body practice for their day to day nervous system care, and for healing from post traumatic stress in a safe environment. They will learn skills that help them focus, sleep, and live even better. Stay tuned!!!
